Nutrition therapy has been used for thousands of years to help to prevent and treat disease. Science is now starting to discover and quantify the effects of several herbs and spices n the treatment of many common diseases. In this enclosed article, oregano, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric were discussed. We are what we eat.
